Retention Schedule

We keep transaction records for the period required by applicable financial law in your jurisdiction. Once that period lapses and your account is closed, records are anonymised in line with our retention policy.

Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic alert to your registered mobile number or email. You can also enable two-step verification from the account security section to add a second layer of protection.

If you believe a transaction processed via PhonePe or another rail was handled incorrectly, raise a dispute through the support chat. Our payments team reviews each case against the original transaction log within 48 hours.

We collect your name, contact details, and the information needed to verify your identity. Payment data — such as a UPI handle — is captured only to process your transaction and is not stored in recoverable form after the deposit clears.

Financial records tied to UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe transactions are retained for the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. After that period and following account closure, records are anonymised rather than deleted where law requires retention.

Open the settings panel inside your account dashboard and navigate to the Privacy section. You can toggle analytics and marketing cookies off at any time. Functional cookies needed to keep your session active cannot be disabled while you are logged in.

When you request account closure, we anonymise your personal details and remove identifiers that are not required by law. Transaction records subject to financial regulation are retained in anonymised form for the legally mandated period only.
